I am extremely frustrated with the experience we have had at Midas. My husband has taken his work truck there three separate times for the same issue, and the problem still has not been addressed. The first time, we were told the repair had been completed. However, it was obvious that nothing had been fixed or even touched, yet the insurance claim was processed and paid. After my husband called to explain that the issue remained exactly the same, he was asked to bring the truck back. The second time, they kept the vehicle for an entire week and still never got around to working on it. Most recently, we were assured that if we brought the truck back, it would be repaired and ready for pickup today. My husband called ahead and was told the truck was fixed and ready. However, when I arrived to pick up the keys, we were then informed that they had not actually gotten to it at all. This truck is used for work, and having it tied up for weeks with repeated promises and no repairs has been incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. i would rate this over 5 stars if i could. everyone was so nice and funny that it made me laugh during an otherwise stressful situation. ken specifically helped me out and he took care of us! we came from out of town and they could have obviously jacked up the price because of it, but my car's ac is fixed and it was for a great price! and less than 24 hours after it was dropped off! thank you again midas (:

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this Midas location to proceed with caution. I paid for a water pump and thermostat replacement, but immediately after the repair my vehicle overheated and had to be returned. Instead of resolving the issue, the vehicle remained at the shop for an extended period while I was repeatedly told the repairs had been completed. After eventually retrieving the vehicle, an independent mechanic inspected it and determined that certain repairs the shop claimed were performed had not actually been completed, and additional cooling system damage was present. As a result, I incurred additional expenses for towing, diagnostics, and repair estimates. My advice to anyone bringing their vehicle here: • Always request detailed documentation of repairs performed. • Consider getting an independent inspection if something doesn’t seem right. • Keep copies of all invoices and communications. Based on my experience, transparency and accountability were lacking. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

5/5 Stars Andrew and the team at Midas are the real deal! I took my Porsche today to fix my exhaust. He is the only guy I trust. I had a wonderful experience at Midas. The employees were all incredibly nice, professional, and helpful from start to finish. I got my oil change, all new tires, and tint done, and everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. They took the time to explain things and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!
